Description

This course presents an overview of what God has to say about the body and our stewardship responsibility before Him in caring for the body we have been given. A study of specific health and skill-related aspects of fitness will be emphasized. This course is designed to give students the tools to either begin or maintain a lifestyle of optimal health and fitness. This is not an activity course, but activity will be a part of the course. Meets general education requirement with a grade of C- or higher.
